Ridiculous Vessel 29: The Rollerpillar

No one knows much about The Rollerpillar.  He doesn't say much; in fact no one is quite sure which end to talk to.  What's obvious is that he's busy, and he's got places to go.

All 10 wheels are articulated, he has 4 spinning propellers, five small removable, locking vessels that piston up and down when moving, and a surly attitude.
