Ridiculous Vessel 34: Clarence

Clarence is the third Signalman.  His sister Clarice is the second, and the first is here.  He's a bit special - while he is the little brother of Clarice, he can either be much shorter, or stand just a bit taller than her.  (perhaps he's a bit defensive of family while in unknown turf.  You know how little brothers are.)  

What their job is, we don't know.  Are they listening, or sending out their message?  Who's on the other end?

His dish turns, he spins within his base, and of course has a locking vessel.
