Orders and Shipping
I typically ship USPS Priority mail, insured. Other methods can be used upon request.
Work in-stock will usually be shipped within two business days. Work not in stock, non-sized (earrings and the like) that is ordered will be shipped within one to two weeks. Custom rings, cuffs, and other custom work typically take three to four weeks (contact me regarding any rushes or questions).
For international shipping (non-United States) please contact me to get a quote on shipping costs.
Returns Policy
You may return most non-custom work within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, this includes any rings and ring options listed on this website. For custom work, please speak to me about any concerns regarding returns. I'm happy to work with you on any changes, but may be unable to give a complete refund if the work is unable to be sold to the general public.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for me to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once I receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. (or: contact me directly at 413 329 1252, or at matthew@worksofman.com) I'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once I've received and processed the returned item.
