Ridiculous Vessel 26: Romulus

Romulus is the bastard son of Jimmy Bigwheel and Charles B., Kinged.  He's rather domineering, athough not truly all that large of a fellow.

As the latest found member of the "Wheeler" branch of the Ridiculous Vessel family, he pushes that barrier a bit.  He's almost more of a "carrier" with a ridicuous vessel.  Currently he couldn't be reached for comment.

Articulation:  he has three levels of openings, he rolls well (and is particularly good at circles), and the lower ring on his torso spins.
