Ridiculous Vessel 23: Frankie

Frankie is a bit odd.  He wanted to be big, but decided not to grow.  Wanted to stay home, but had places to go.  There are levels to Frankie, that have nothing to do with his construction.

Ever seen a delicate steamroller?  A rolling fish vessel?  Perhaps, now,  you have.
