Ridiculous Vessel 22: Charles B., Kinged

Charles B. is a bit like the philosopher's stone, if the stone were actually a wheeled vessel.  

He truly is both his own king, and his own kingdom.  Similar to any man, similar to any kingdom, there are layers and layers, the next opening to be revealed.

(and this is only one definition of Charles B.)

His front steering is articulated, and he breaks down into three separate sections.
