Ridiculous Vessel 2: Fast Eddie

Fast Eddie is so quick, he needs a wheelie bar.  Yet, somehow, he doesn't really move...  Even standing still, you can tell he's moving.

Perhaps he's something to keep your really fast thoughts in. 

If Fast Eddie had one statement, it might just be "This is how I roll."  Of course, likely he has no idea what it even means.
